PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES

 

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. Once orders have been processed, shipping will take 2-4 business days with USPS.  

 

 

REFUNDS 

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, only store credit. We do not offer exchanges for sanitary concerns. Please contact us if there are any issues with your order.

 

 

LOST AND RETURNED PACKAGES

If the shipping address provided is incorrect and the package is delivered back to our warehouse, you are responsible for a $5 extra shipping fee in order for us to ship it again. The M Collection is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS. Once the package leaves our facility and it is with the mail carrier we are no longer responsible or liable. By placing your order, you acknowledge you have read our policy and that The M Collection will not be held responsible for delayed packages or delivery issues by USPS.
